Yoga & Mindfulness
Yoga & Mindfulness for kids! Build strength & flexibility both physically and mentally through yoga poses & mindfulness exercises. Inner & outer strength grows as kids learn to express & channel their energy through powerful poses, games & stretching. Breathing exercises & visualization help them to become self-aware & to manage their own emotions. Core skills for life. Through mind and movement, we explore the 4 energies of: powerful & strong, light & fun, focused & present, calm & centered. Animal descriptions bring postures to life! Kids love this art form that connects them to their strong body, joyful heart and calm mind, building confidence and self-esteem. Learn how to: Get focused. Be present. Shine your light. Choose who you want to be. Bust out of the usual & create fantastic artworks with unusual materials! Your kids will gain greater perspective as they learn to look at the world through newer art forms. They will learn to express themselves and expand the boundaries of their imagination through the use of unique materials/techniques.
